Here is a list of frequently asked questions that we get, if you don't see your question answered please feel free to contact us!

Q: I just ordered my parcel, when can I expect to receive it? 

A: We do our best to ship items out within 2 days, after that you can expect to receive your package within 7-10 business days in the continental USA. Add 2-7 days for the rest of the globe to shipping times. We will send you out a tracking code as soon as we generate one with FEDEX or UPS so you will know exactly where your parcel is! 

Q: What does this warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one moth from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. Our Store will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models.

Q:What does this warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
